Returns — 14 Days Cooling-off Period (EU & Most Countries)
We offer a 14-day return policy for customers in the EU and most other countries, starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- It must be in resellable condition
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used gel polishes, creams, or skincare products
- Any personal care or cosmetic item that has been opened
- Items on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- We will provide the return address and instructions after your request is approved
- If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover all return costs
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or in visibly poor condition, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.
To process a replacement or refund for a damaged shipment, we require clear photos of:
- The shipping box or outer packaging as it was received (all sides, including the shipping label)
- The internal packaging, showing how the items were packed
- The damaged product(s) clearly visible
Important: If the outer box is visibly crushed, torn, or wet upon delivery, please take photos before opening and, if possible, note the damage with the courier or refuse the package.
Without these photos, the shipping carrier may reject the damage claim, and we may be unable to offer compensation.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t received a refund, contact us.
International Returns
We accept returns from all our shipping destinations, but note that return costs from outside the EU (e.g., US, Canada, UK, Australia, Middle East) may be higher (€15–€25+).
Final Note on Cosmetics
Opened gel polishes or creams cannot be returned — even if the color isn't what you expected. Contact us before ordering if you need advice on products 💌
