Shipping
Free over thresholds: CZ 1,000 CZK; EU €100; UK/IE £150; US €150. Other countries vary.
Via Packeta in unbranded boxes to your home or a pickup point.
Not yet — online only for now.
CZ/EU: 3–4 business days. UK/IE: 5–7. US: 7–10. Processing time excluded.
Order Changes
Email "Cancel Order" + order number to sales@fehu-shop.com.
Email "Change Address" + order number to sales@fehu-shop.com. If the order has already been shipped, we will try to update the address, but this depends on the carrier and may not always be possible.
Items cannot be changed — cancel and reorder. Email sales@fehu-shop.com.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by buyer. Email sales@fehu-shop.com.
Typically 3–5 business days; bank-dependent.
If the outer box is damaged, please photograph the packaging and, if possible, refuse delivery — check the parcel together with the courier. If the box appears intact but the items inside are damaged, photograph the damaged item(s) and email the photos and your order number to sales@fehu-shop.com or support@fehu-shop.com.
